丙烯酸树脂分散体作为羟基组分与亲水改性多异氰酸酯配漆,制备水性双组分聚氨酯涂料,研究了丙烯酸树脂分散体的羟值、酸值、玻璃化转变温度等对涂膜性能的影响;用红外光谱仪表征了固化膜的结构,用扫描电镜观察了固化膜的表面形态.结果表明:涂膜的机械性能较好,但耐化学品性和耐水性较差;羟值在100 mgKOH/g时性能较好.
