VA型液晶屏在高温应用环境下经常会出现周边Mura.对于传统的成盒设计和工艺条件,框胶内的spacer粒径和灌晶后的封口压力的调整和优化是改善周边Mura的常用的、比较便捷的方法之一.通过对框胶spacer粒径、液晶盒封口压力和玻璃基板的比较实验,提出了改善周边Mura的措施,并验证了其有效性.
