以全氟辛酸和异丙醇胺为主要原料,在不同条件下利用脂肪酸法合成了非离子型氟碳发泡剂N-(2-羟基丙基)全氟辛酰胺.分别采用红外光谱法和核磁共振波谱法对产物结构进行了表征,并通过与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的比较,综合评价了产物的起泡能力、泡沫稳定性、抗盐性及表面张力.实验结果表明,合成产物的泡沫综合值能达到SDS的1.6倍以上;其抗盐性较强,无机盐离子的浓度对产物发泡性的影响并不十分明显;合成产物最低可使水的表面张力降至9.275 mN/m,并且在较低的使用浓度下产物降低表面张力的能力仍远强于SDS.关联合成产物结构与性能的关系可知,产物中氢键的种类及数量、酰胺类物质的含量对其性能的影响较为明显.
