利用TEM对Al-6Mg-0.7Mn-0.1Zr-0.3Er合金在退火过程中Al3(ZrxEr1-x)的析出和生长行为进行了研究.结果表明:低温退火(280℃,470℃)和高温短时间退火(510℃,t≤100 h)时,Al3(ZrxEr1-x)析出相的粗化符合LSW理论(n=1/3),高温长时间退火(510℃,300 h,500 h)时,Al3(ZrxEr1-x)析出相没有进一步粗化;Al3(ZrxEr1-x)析出相的粗化主要受Er,Zr等溶质原子在α-Al基体中的扩散影响.二次析出相Al3(ZrxEr1-x)在较低温度(280和470℃)退火时均匀分布于α-Al基体中,较高温度(510℃)退火则呈线状不均匀分布.在同一退火温度下,随着退火过程的进行,Al3(ZrxEr1-x)析出相的形貌逐渐从四方体向规则的球体过渡,析出相Al3(ZrxEr1-x)中的x增大.
