研究了镀铅泡沫碳化硅集流体的结构对铅酸蓄电池极板的设计参数、正极活性物质利用率的影响.镀铅泡沫碳化硅集流体明显降低了集流体的表观密度和阳极板的γ参数,显著提高了活性物质的利用率,延长了电池的循环寿命.集流体的"三明治"结构改善了极板内的电流分布,降低了电压降,明显提高了铅酸蓄电池活性物质的利用率和大电流放电的能力.
