研究了一种以Sm-黄长石固溶体(M')为晶界相的β-sialon在温度为1300 ℃、应力为110~270MPa条件下的四点弯曲蠕变行为.应力指数为1.2,蠕变后试样的显微结构观察表明在晶界点出现蠕变空洞.由此推测扩散调节的晶界滑移是主导蠕变机制在1300 ℃/200MPa下的蠕变恢复行为归因于残余晶界玻璃相的粘弹性松弛
