利用高效液相色谱法分析测定青霉素裂解液中的主要成分6-氨基青霉烷酸(6-APA)、青霉素G钾和苯乙酸,并对副产物青霉噻唑酸进行了液相色谱的定性检测。结果表明,实验方法简便、快速,结果准确,可以用于6-APA生产的质量控制。

A method for the determination of main composition in degradedproducts of penicillin, 6-aminopenicillanic acid (6-APA),penicillin G ka lium(PGK), phenylacetic acid(PAA), and the by-product benzylpenicilloic acid(BP A) by HPLC was studied. Separation conditions were as follows: Spherisorb C18 column, 250 mm×4.6 mm i.d., 10 μm; mobile phase: V(methanol)∶V (0.004 mol/L KH2PO4 buffer, pH 4.5)=50∶50; flow rate: 1 mL/min; detector: UV 230 nm. The method is effective, quick, accurate and reproducible. The satis factory results show that this new method has certain practical values as an approach of quality control.
