以石蜡为相变物质,聚乙烯醇为纤维基材,采用湿法复合纺丝法制得石蜡质量分数为30%的相变储能纤维.采用扫描电子显微镜、广角X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪表征了纤维的结构以及相变储能性.结果表明,石蜡/聚乙烯醇纤维缩醛化后,石蜡以岛相分散于纤维基体海相中,结晶含量占储能纤维的34%.储能纤维干热拉伸倍数为2~4倍时,热效率变化为81.9%~71.2%,并且洗涤25次之后,控温性能仍然良好.石蜡/聚乙烯醇储能纤维的线密度、强度与初始模量分别为0.62~0.32 tex、28.1~66.2 N/tex、373~794 N/tex,水中软化点达108℃,满足服用纤维的要求.
