采用直接还原-旋转沉淀颗粒包裹工艺制备具有"核-壳"结构的25SiC/75Cu(vol%)包裹复合粉体,利用DSC-TG-MS联用技术分析了包裹复合粉体的热物理化学变化行为.结果表明,在846.C附近发生氧化物分解反应,释放出O2气体;896.C左右出现低共熔混合物的熔融;950.C以上,SiC与Cu发生反应,释放出CO2气体.
