喷雾热分解(Spray Pyrolysis,简称SP)技术是一种很有发展前途的材料制备方法,与传统的材料制备技术相比,它具有很多优越性;如生成物颗粒可控,成分均匀,纯度较高,工艺过程温度低等,已在材料科学的许多领域中得到应用.SP技术在物理和化学方面的灵活性,为合成先进的陶瓷粉体和薄膜提供了更多的机会.本文简要地综述了SP技术以及在陶瓷粉体合成以及薄膜制备等方面的应用.
