对Al-Pb合金开展了快速定向凝固实验,并根据实际凝固条件模拟计算了合金的组织演变过程.结果表明,当凝固速度不变时,Pb相粒子尺寸及其分布范围随Pb含量的增加而增大;当合金成分不变时,Pb相粒子尺寸及其分布范围随凝固速度的增加而减小.模拟结果与实验数据吻合较好,展现了快速定向凝固条件下Al-Pb合金的凝固组织形成过程.
