锆离子轰击对纯锆腐蚀行为的影响

在采用篮框阴极进行四氯化钛熔盐电解制取钛的工艺中,存在着一些影响电流效率和产品质量的问题,例如:钛沉积物在篮框中长不厚;以及在沉积物很致密时仍进行电解会使电流效率降低;不够致密时易吸收杂质和氧化;过度致密时甚至发生二次反应,使已生长好的金属钛重新被氯化,导致产品中带有大量低价钛,或篮框某处出现空洞。为了解决这些问题,有必要研究电解过程中钛沉积物的生长和结构特点。
