比较了采用新热机械处理工艺和传统工艺细化SP700钛合金晶粒的效果.结果表明,与传统工艺相比,新工艺得到的SP700钛合金的组织更为细小均匀和等轴化,初生α相颗粒的尺寸达到约1-2 μm.与其他合金相比,SP700钛合金之所以具有如此细小的组织,除了与合适的热机械处理工艺有关外,还与该合金的合金化特点密切相关.
