介绍了α-Al2O3,TiB2增强自生铝基复合材料XD合成工艺,分析了合成反应的热力学及动力学机理.在Al-TiO2 系中未加B粉时,生成的增强相是Al3Ti和α-Al2O3,通过B粉的加入,使Al-TiO2-B系中棒状物Al3Ti随B/TiO2摩尔比的增加而逐渐减少,在B/TiO2的摩尔比为2时,棒状物基本消失同时分析了升温速率、B/TiO2摩尔比对燃烧温度、体收缩率的影响.
