在应力控制下分别研究了温度、pH值和预浸泡时间对LY12CZ铝合金带有涂层的铆接联接件在3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀疲劳(CF)性能的影响规律.结果表明,提高温度、降低pH值和延长预浸泡时间均会缩短铆接件的腐蚀疲劳寿命;在无预浸泡的条件(20℃,pH=6)下,铆接件的腐蚀疲劳寿命比空气中的疲劳寿命长.
