为了改善聚乳酸(PLA)薄膜的韧性和阻隔性能,文中利用流延法制备了不同配比的PLA/纳米纤维素晶须(NCW)复合薄膜,并对其结构、热性能、力学及阻隔性能进行了研究.研究发现,NCW加入后,在PLA基体中分散不均,添加3.氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTS)为界面改性剂后,其在基体中的分散性明显改善;NCW的加入会提高薄膜的玻璃化转变温度、结晶温度和熔融温度,对PLA的结晶有促进作用,并能明显提高薄膜的热稳定性;NCW加入后,会导致薄膜的拉伸强度和模量的降低,但当APTS添加后,薄膜的强度和模量有所改善,薄膜的断裂伸长率会随着NCW含量的增加而明显增大;另外,NCW的添加有助于薄膜阻隔性能的提高.
