针对现有油中气体在线监测装置因测量精度低、检测数据重复性差等劣势而难以满足现场可靠跟踪分析变压器油中气体变化的问题,提出了一种基于氦等离子体离子化的变压器油中气体检测方法,实现了变压器的在线监测.该技术采用双极放电电子捕获气体检测原理,基于此研制了一种新型油中气体在线监测装置.将该监测装置安装在现场变压器上并运行,对油中H2、CO、CH4、C2H2、C2H4、C2H6、CO2等气体进行监测和分析.现场数据表明,该装置运行稳定,在线监测数据与离线检测数据基本相符,且测量精度、重复性满足工程应用的要求.

Because the existing on-line monitoring devices for dissolved gas analysis have low measure-ment accuracy and poor detection repeatability, it cannot track and analyze the variation of dissolved gas in transformer oil reliablely on site. Aimed at the problem, a detection method of dissolved gas in trans-former oil based on helium plasma ionization was proposed, and the online monitoring of transformer was realized. The helium plasma ionization detector used bipolar discharging electron capturing gas detec-tion technique, and a new on-line detection device for dissolved gas was developed based on it. The de-vice was installed on a field transformer and operated to monitor the contents of H2, CO, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, and CO2 in oil. The results show that the device is stable, the online monitoring data are basically consistent with the offline test data, and the measurement accuracy and repeatability meet the requirements of engineering application.
