为研究电热联合老化作用下变压器油中腐蚀性硫对油性能的影响,搭建电热联合老化试验平台,对油纸绝缘进行老化试验,然后对交流电场作用下老化后的绝缘油进行理化性能和电气性能测试。结果表明:交流电场会加速绝缘油的老化,使铜离子含量明显增加,油的介质损耗不断增加,电阻率不断减小,活化能大幅降低,离子迁移率明显随电压的升高而增大。与单一热老化相比,电热联合老化对绝缘油的酸值、离子迁移率、油中铜离子含量等参数的影响更大。
To study the effect of corrosive sulfur in transformer oil on the performance of oil under electro-thermal ageing, a electro-thermal ageing experiment platform was set up. Oil-paper insulation was aged, and the physicochemical properties and electrical properties of the insulating oill aged under AC electric field were tested. The results show that the AC electric field would accelerate the ageing of insulating oil, making the copper ion content and dielectric loss of oil increase, the resistivity and the activation energy of insulating oil decrease, and the ionic mobility increase significantly with the increase of voltage. The electro-thermal ageing has greater effect on acid value, ionic mobility, and copper ion content in oil than thermal ageing.
