根据常见的干式变压器环氧树脂配方,制作了环氧树脂试样,在100、130、160℃下进行热老化试验,测试试样的介电性能,研究介电常数及介质损耗随老化时间与老化温度的变化规律。结果表明:随着老化时间与温度的增加,试样在相同电场频率下的介电常数与介质损耗因数增大;随着老化时间的增加,试样的电气强度随着介质损耗因数的增加而降低,环氧树脂的绝缘性能降低。

Epoxy resin samples were made according to the common epoxy formula for dry-type transformer, and the samples were thermal aged at 100℃, 130℃, and 160℃ respectively. Their dielectric property was tested, and the change law of dielectric constant and dielectric loss with ageing time and ageing temperature was studied. The results show that with the increase of ageing time and temperature, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of samples at the same frequency increase. With the increase of ageing time, the electric strength of samples increases with the decrease of dielectric loss, which indicates that the insulating properties of epoxy resin decreases.
