为研究变频调速牵引电机的绝缘老化机理,采用高压方波脉冲对变频电机匝间绝缘绞线对试样进行加速老化试验,通过分析不同老化时间下绞线对的电容值和介质损耗因数(tanδ),对绞线对在高压方波脉冲条件下的绝缘老化机理进行研究。结果表明:随着老化时间的延长,试样电容值逐渐减小,介质损耗逐渐增大。低频时绞线对的介电温度谱在125℃出现一个明显的损耗吸收峰,高频时在85℃出现一个损耗低谷。30℃时绞线对的介电频率谱在10~100 kHz频率段出现损耗峰,峰值随老化时间延长而增大,而在80℃和150℃损耗峰消失,同时tanδ逐渐减小。老化后绞线对绝缘膜的有机相被烧蚀,留下颗粒状的不连续团簇物。

In order to study the insulation ageing mechanism of inverter-fed traction motor, twisted pair samples of interturn insulation for inverter-fed motor were conducted accelerated ageing experiments under high-voltage square wave pulse. The capacitance and dielectric loss factor (tanδ) of the twisted pairs aged for different time were analyzed, and the insulation ageing mechanism of the twisted pairs under high-voltage square wave pulse was studied. The results show that with the ageing time prolong-ing, the capacitance of samples decreases gradually, while the tanδ increases gradually. There is an evi-dent loss peak of the dielectric temperature spectra of the aged samples at 125℃ under low frequency, while there is a valley of the dielectric temperature spectra at 85℃ under high frequency. For the dielec-tric frequency spectra, there is a loss peak in the range of 10 kHz~100 kHz at 30℃, and the peak value increases with the ageing time prolonging. When the dielectric frequency spectra were measured at 80℃and 150℃, the loss peak of dielectric frequency spectra disappears, and the tanδ reduces gradually. The organic phase of insulation film on the aged twisted pair was eroded, and leaving some granular and discontinuous clusters.
