将金属钝化剂加入到含腐蚀性硫的油样中,通过老化试验研究金属钝化剂对已发生腐蚀的铜片和宽铜片的有效性.通过EDX能谱仪对铜片表面的腐蚀程度进行表征,比较表面处理及未处理铜片的钝化处理效果,分析绝缘纸对金属钝化剂在铜片表面形成保护膜的有效性影响.结果表明:添加金属钝化剂对已经发生腐蚀的铜片有钝化效果,能延缓硫化亚铜的产生;添加金属钝化剂能有效在经表面处理的宽扁铜片表面形成钝化膜,抑制腐蚀性硫的腐蚀;随着绝缘纸层数增加,金属钝化剂在铜片表面形成钝化膜的有效性下降.

The metal passivator was added into the transformer oil with corrosive sulphur, and the effec-tiveness of metal passivator on the corroded copper sheets and wide copper sheets was studied by ageing experiment. The sulfur content on the copper surface was characterized via EDX. The passivation effects of surface treated and untreated copper sheets were compared. Furthermore, the influence of insulation paper on the protective layer formation of metal passivator on the copper surface was analyzed. The results show that the addition of metal passivator can prevent the corroded copper sheets from further cor-roding and delay the production of cuprous sulfur. The addition of metal passivator can form a protective layer on the surface treated wide copper sheets effectively. With the increase of the layers of insulation paper, the effectiveness of protective layer formation of metal passivator on the copper surface declines.
