为研究重复方波电压上升时间对变频电机绝缘耐电晕寿命的影响规律,搭建了具有不同重复脉冲电压上升时间的耐电晕测试系统.根据IEC TS 60034-18-42,分别测试了Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类电机绝缘模型在不同重复方波电压上升时间下的耐电晕寿命,并对比了相同幅值和频率下正弦电压测试结果.结果表明:脉冲电压上升时间对匝间绝缘耐电晕寿命及局部放电时域和频域统计特性的影响显著.因此,根据相关标准测试变频电机的耐电晕寿命时,应考虑上升时间对电机耐电晕寿命的影响.

In order to study the influence of repetitive square wave rise time on the corona resistance life of the insulation of inverter-fed motors, a corona resistance test system under repetitive impulse volt-age with different rise time was designed. Using this system, the corona resistance life of the interturn insulation models for type Ⅰ motors and type Ⅱ inverter-fed motors was tested under repetitive square wave with different rise time according to IEC TS 60034-18-42, and the test results were compared at the same amplitude and frequency of sinusoidal voltage. The results show that the impulse voltage rise time would significantly affect the corona resistance life of interturn insulation and the partial discharge statistical characteristics at time domain and frequency domain. Accordingly, when we test the corona resistance life of the inverter-fed motor insulation according to the relative test standards, the influence of rise time on the corona resistance life should be taken into consideration.
