简要介绍了半个世纪以来环氧粉云母多胶模压技术在中国的发展历程,在已有运行经验和技术水平的基础上,对百万千瓦级火电机组、水电机组、核电机组的多胶模压绝缘技术展开研究,对主绝缘进行了耐热、电、机械、环境("TEME")应力试验.结果表明:多胶模压绝缘结构具有优异的性能,能确保机组的安全稳定运行.

The development process of resin-rich moulding insulation technology for epoxy powder mica during last half century in China was introduced. Based on the operating experience and technology, the resin-rich moulding insulation technology of 1 000 MW thermal power generating unit, hydroelectric power unit, and nuclear power unit was studied, and their main insulation was conducted resistance to heat, electricity, mechanical stress, and environmental stress experiments. The results show that the resin-rich insulation structure has excellent properties, which can guarantee the generator unit operating safely.
