以多元醇、多元酸为原料,分两步法熔融聚合成F级绝缘漆用水性聚酯.采用FT-IR、TG、ZC-90G高绝缘电阻测量仪和绝缘耐压测试仪等对绝缘漆膜进行结构表征和性能测试.结果表明:通过对催化剂的筛选与优化,发现三氧化二锑是合成聚酯良好的催化剂;己二酸、多元醇赛克等单体的引入显著提高了漆膜的耐水性、耐热性等.漆膜的体积电阻率为1.5×1014Ω·m,用热重割线法计算得到耐热温度为158.1℃,可以作为F级绝缘漆使用.

A waterborne polyester used for insulating varnish was prepared by two-step melt polymeriza-tion method from polyols and polybasic acid. The structure and performance of the waterborne polyester insulating varnish were tested by FT-IR, TG, ZC-90G high insulation resistance meter, and high voltage tester. The results show that the antimony trioxide is a good catalyst for synthesis of waterborne polyes-ter by comparing the effect of several catalysts. The introduction of adipic acid and THEIC monomers can increase the heat resistance and water resistance of the waterborne polyester. The volume resistivity of its film is 1.5 × 1014?·m, and the heat temperature calculated by thermogravimetric secant method is 158.1℃, so the waterborne polyester can be used as class F insulating varnish.
