采用酸化法对废弃食用油进行脱胶处理,采用活性白土进行脱臭脱色处理,并采用精制后的废弃食用油制备氨基醇酸浸渍漆,探讨了精制处理前后废弃食用油理化性能的变化和氨基醇酸浸渍漆的性能.结果表明:废弃食用油经过精制处理后色泽变浅,臭味基本消除,碘值和酸值等理化性能变化不大,氨基醇酸浸渍漆的性能可以达到JB/T 9559—1999标准的技术指标要求.不同来源的餐饮废油酸值差别较大,有些酸值甚至超过90 mgKOH/g.餐饮废油的酸值过大虽然会对醇解反应有一定影响,但通过适当调整反应条件,仍可以使醇解物的容忍度达到中控指标要求.

Waste cooking oils were treated for degumming with acidification method, and for deodorizing and decolorizing with atlapulgite in this paper. An amino alkyd varnish was prepared based on the puri-fied waste cooking oils. The physical and chemical properties of the waste cooking oils before and after purification treatment and the performance of the amino alkyd varnish were discussed. The results show that after purification treatment, the color of the waste cooking oil becomes shallow, the stink basically disappears, and the iodine value and acid value change little. The performance of the amino alkyd var-nish can completely meet the technical requirements of industry standard JB/T 9559—1999. The acid value of waste cooking oils from different recycling sources changes greatly, and the acid value of some waste cooking oils is greater than 90 mgKOH/g. The overlarge acid value may affect the alcoholysis reac-tion, but the tolerance of alcoholysate still can satisfy the central control requirements by adjusting the reaction condition.
