白云鄂博选矿采用先选铁后回收稀土的流程,稀土回收率不足10%.为探索提高白云鄂博选矿稀土回收率的方法,对原矿直接浮选稀土然后回收铁的开路选别流程做了尝试.结果表明,稀土浮选粗精矿经过三次精选后可获得稀土品位为41.50%,回收率为41.87%的稀土精矿,稀土粗尾矿经过一次磁选可获得铁品位为67.00%,回收率为65.67%的铁精矿.
he current process of iron prior to recovery of rare earth is adopted in Bayan Obo ore dressing,consequently REE mineral recovery rate is less than 10%.To improve the REE recovery a new mineral beneficiation process for Bayan Obo ore was explored in our laboratory that separated REE minerals by flotation first,and then iron mineral was recovered by using magnetic separarion.After optimization,the recovery rate for REE mineral was 41.87%,and the REE content was 41.50%;the recovery rate for iron mineral was 65.67% and the iron content was 67.00%.
