采用热压烧结法制备氧化钇(Y2O3)陶瓷材料,并在1200℃氯化钙熔盐体系中进行腐蚀试验.利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、等离子发射光谱仪等表征手段测试分析烧结试样的物相组成和显微结构以及腐蚀试样表层元素分布和熔盐中钇的溶出率.研究热压烧结温度对Y2O3陶瓷试样烧结行为和耐熔盐腐蚀性能的影响,探讨Y2O3陶瓷材料的熔盐腐蚀行为.结果表明,随着热压烧结温度的提高,Y2O3陶瓷的体积密度增加;1500℃热压烧结Y2O3陶瓷的相对密度达到96.82%,1200℃氯化钙熔盐腐蚀10 h,熔盐渗透深度大约在220 um左右,熔盐中Y溶出率为1.1 mg/g.

Y2O3 ceramics were synthesized by hot-press sintering method and their corrosion resistance in calcium chloride fused salt at 1200 ℃ was studied.The crystal phase and microstructure after sintering,surface composition and solubility of yttrium in fused salt after corrosion were characterized by using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and plasma emission spectrometry.The effect of hot-press temperature on sintering behavior and corrosion resistance to calcium chloride for Y2O3 ceramics was investigated.The fused salt corrosion behavior was also discussed.The results show that the relative density of sample increases with the increase of hot-press sintering temperature.The relative density of Y2O3 ceramics is 96.82% sintered at 1500 ℃.The corrosion depth is about 220 um and the solubility of yttrium in calcium chloride fused salt after corrosion is 1.1 mg/g for Y2O3 ceramics sintered at 1500 ℃.
