以包钢目前的铁前原料、烧结、球团、高炉、炼钢各个工序中稀土、钛氧化物的含量为研究对象,利用ICP-MS质谱分析仪等检验手段对白云鄂博铁矿伴生稀土、钛等元素在钢铁冶炼各工序的走势进行取样分析.结果表明,从原料到成品,包钢目前的冶金各个工序中稀土、钛氧化物的含量呈现下降趋势.揭示了白云鄂博铁矿伴生有色金属元素在钢铁冶炼工序中的走势和遗传性.对包钢充分利用白云鄂博铁矿伴生有色金属资源,合理开发稀土钢具有重要意义.

The quantity of rare earth and titanium from the processes including raw materials,sintered ore,spherical agglomeration,blast furnace was investigated by ICP-MS mass spectrograph.The results showed that the quantity of metallurgic processes in present Baotou iron and steel appeared descending tendency from raw materials to products.The tendency and metallurgic heredity of Bayan Obo iron ore accompanying nonferrous metal was disclosed in the researched processes.It mattered to utilize the accompanying nonferrous metal and develop rare earth steel.
