非晶/微晶叠层硅薄膜太阳能电池光电转换效率低的一个主要原因是其紫外光响应低,而下转换发光材料Eu3+配合物可以有效的将紫外光转换到电池响应高的可见光区,本研究将Eu3+配合物和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯配制成一定浓度的溶液,通过旋涂的方法在非晶/微晶叠层硅薄膜太阳能电池表面形成一层光转换膜,研究了光转换膜及对电池光电转换效率的影响.结果发现,当Eu3+配合物浓度为3%时光转换膜的光学性能最佳,且对电池光电转换效率绝对值提高量最大为0.1%.本次研究为Eu3+配合物应用于非晶/微晶叠层硅薄膜太阳能电池提供了一种有效的方案.

Poor response of ultraviolet light is a very significant reason for the low efficient of amorphous/microcrystalline silicon thin film solar cells.Rare earth Eu3+ complexes are effective luminescence down shifting species through which the ultraviolet light will be shifted into the visible region where the solar cells have the higher spectral response.In this work the solution of Eu3+ complexes and polymethylmethacrylate was prepared,the light conversion films with the solution were prepared on amorphous/microcrystalline silicon thin film solar cells by spin coating,and the effects on photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells were studied.We found that when the content of Eu3 + complexes is 3%,the light conversion film has optimal optical performance and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells increases 0.1% by absolute.This study provides an effective solution for Eu3+ complexes in amorphous / microcrystalline silicon thin film solar cells.
