介绍了开环聚合制备聚乳酸(PLA)采用的稀土催化剂.该类催化剂具有高活性、反应可控、保持单体旋光性的特点,简要分析了单组分和多组分体系催化剂的优缺点,结果表明,选择不同的催化剂可提高反应速率和转化率,得到分子量可控分布更窄的聚乳酸.文中指出简化工艺流程和选择更好的纯化方法,能促进稀土催化剂在聚乳酸的合成生产中实现工业化.
This paper introduced the rare earth catalysts in ring-opening polymerization of polylactic acid (PLA).Rare earth catalysts have the high activity,controllable reaction,maintaining the characteristics of the monomer optical activity.We made a brief analysis of the advantages and disadvantages between single-component catalyst and multi-component system catalyst,indicating that choose different catalysts could increase the reaction rate and conversion to get polylactic acid with controllable molecular weight and narrower distribution.The paper pointed out that simplify the process flow and choose better purification methods could promote the rare earth catalysts in the synthesis of polylactic acid production industrialization.
