近年来,中国废弃CRT的大量增加产生了诸多不利影响,为节约资源和保护环境,实现可持续发展,对废弃CRT中含有的贵重稀土进行有效回收十分必要.目前国内外相关研究均处于起步阶段,本文通过回顾前期有关研究工作,主要从荧光层分离和稀土回收两个方面来总结从废弃CRT中回收稀土的工艺,并预测了今后其发展的大体方向主要为通过优化流程减少能耗、研究动力学反应机理等.
In recent years,the massive increase of obsolete CRT has caused adverse impacts.To conserve resources,protect the environment and achieve the sustainable development,it is very necessary to recycle the precious rare earth from obsolete CRT.The current researches on this field are still in early stage in our country and abroad.In this paper,we reviewed the previous related studies and then summarized the related technology for recycling rare earth in the aspects of fluorescent layer separation and rare earth recovery.At last,we anticipated that the future direction of researches on recovery of rare earth from obsolete CRT would be on the energy saving through optimizing the process,reaction kinetics and so on.
