针对白云鄂博多金属矿使用X射线快速预选低品位矿石的方法.由于测量时间极短以及目标元素品位很低,导致X射线荧光光子计数较低,使得传统的光谱仪无法应用.基于峰背比来度量目标元素的含量,并对传统光谱仪所使用的方法进行了改进,使其能够在不到0.1秒的时间内测量出低品位的La +Ce在矿石中的含量.当品位大于平均值时,测量的精确性能够很好地满足工业分选的需要.
Rapid measurement of low grade minerals is essential for XRF application in presorting of multi-metal deposit in Bayan Obo mine.Short measure time and low concentration of target elements result in low counts of X-ray photons that make the conventional XRF method impotent.This report described a method based on peak-to-background ratio as a measure of targeted element that was able to detect the low grade La-Ce mineral in less than 0.1 second.When concentration larger than average,a fair accuracy was obtained that was good enough for industrial sorting.
