采用粉末冶金法制备烧结Sm(Co0.72Fe0.15Cu0.1Zr0.03)7.5永磁体,研究球磨时间对磁粉粒度、成分以及磁体磁性能的影响,并借助扫描电镜分析永磁体的显微组织结构,利用X射线电子能谱对永磁体进行成分分析.结果表明,球磨时间对磁粉平均粒度、粒度分布、永磁体磁性能、局部成分以及显微结构都有较大影响.Sm(Co0.72Fe0.15Cu0.1Zr0.03)7.5合金磁粉的最佳球磨时间是30 min,磁粉平均粒度大约为5.44 μm,磁体孔隙较少,致密度较高,烧结时析出Sm2O3晶粒较少,在一定烧结和时效工艺下,制备的永磁体的综合磁性能最优:剩磁Br=1.08 T(10.8 kGs),感应矫顽力Hcb=795.4 kA/m(10.0 kOe),内禀矫顽力Hci=1901.6 kA/m (23.9 kOe),最大磁能积(BH)max=217.8 kJ/m3 (27.4 MGsOe).

The influence of ball-milling time on mean particle size,component and magnetic properties of Sm (Co0.72Fe0.15Cu0.1Zr0.03)7.5 sintered magnets,prepared by Powder Metallurgy,was studied.Microstructures of Sm(Co0.72Fe0.15Cu0.1Zr0.03)7.5 sintered magnets were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM).X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was used to analyze the component of permanent magnets.The results indicate that the ball-milling time has a great impact on mean particle size,particle size distributions,properties,components and microstructures of Sm (Co0 72 Fe0.15 Cu0.1 Zr0.03)7.5 sintered magnets.The optimum value of Br,Hcb,Hcj and (BH) max of Sm(Co0.72 Fe0.15 Cu0.1 Zr0.03) 7.5 sintered magnets with powders ball-milling for 30min and the mean particle size about 5.44 μm can reach 1.08 T(10.8 kGs),795.4 kA/m (10.0 kOe),1901.6 kA/m (23.9 kOe),217.8 kJ/m3 (27.4 MGsOe) respectively,partly because of less pores in magnet,higher density and less Sm2O3 grains precipitated at the condition.
