采用溶剂热法合成了粒径在20 nm~ 30 nm的形貌均一的球形NaYF4:Yb,Er纳米晶.通过调节不同配比,合成了SiO2层厚度为8 nm及10 nm的具有良好水溶性的UCNs@SiO2纳米材料.考察了不同配方比对SiO2层包裹厚度及发光性能的影响.利用透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱仪等对样品进行了表征,结果表明该材料核-壳结构明显、形貌均一、结构稳定,在980 nm的激发下保持了良好上转换发光特性.

In this paper,we first synthesized NaYF4:Yb,Er nanoerystals with the uniform sphere morphology by using solvothermal methods,the particle size of the synthesized nanoparticle was about 20 ~ 30 nm.After that,a series of SiO2 coated UCNs@SiO2 nanoparticles with the SiO2 layer thickness of 8 nm and 10 nm were further prepared through a microemulsion method.The samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results show that the obtained UCNs@SiO2 nanomaterials exhibit uniform morphology with core -shell structures and the experimental parameters,especially the ratio of UCNs and tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS),are discussed in detail.Under the 980 nm excitation,green emissions are observed obviously due to a successful upconversion process.
