为减少膜分离中的浓差极化和膜污染,提出了一种新型的膜分离组件,螺旋导流膜分离器.通过数值模拟确定了螺旋导流膜分离器的最小工作状态,并从螺旋导流膜分离器中流体流动的轴向速度、周向速度、壁面剪切应力和压力等流场特性分析,对其分离机理有了较为全面、深入的认识.
