利用传统的高温固相法合成了一种橘红色SrBPO5∶Sm3+荧光粉.通过X射线衍射(XRD)确定荧光粉的组成,研究了样品的光致激发(PLE)和光致发射(PL)光谱,探究Sm3+离子浓度对样品发光性能的影响及浓度猝灭机理,通过测试不同温度下的发射光谱分析了样品的热稳定性,研究反应温度和电荷补偿剂对发光性能的影响.最后讨论了SrBPO5∶Sm3+,R+荧光粉的色坐标.结果表明:SrBPO5∶Sm3+,Li+是一种潜在的用于UV激发的白光LED的橘红色荧光粉.
