以含Ti高强IF钢为基体进行热镀锌试验,借助SEM、XRD研究了镀锌温度和保温时间对热镀锌层的影响规律,分析了镀层的形成过程与机理.结果表明,ζ相急剧增长,镀锌层发生了圣德林效应,低温镀锌时ζ相为粒状或针状,高温时为柱状.δ相的生长受到抑制,始终为栅状.当镀锌温度和保温时间均较高时,ζ相和δ相中间会形成粒状的混合区域.镀层在低温时由内到外依次为δ相、ζ相、Tη相,较高温度时由内到外依次为8相、粒状混合相、ζ相、η相.
Using high strength IF steel containing Ti as a substrate for hot dip galvanizing test,the effects of zinc bath temperature and immersion time on the gavanized coatings were studied by means of SEM and XRD,and the forming process and mechanisms of the gavanized coatings were also analyzed.The results show that the Sandelin effect is found in the galvanized coatings because of the excessive growth of ζ phase,and the ζ phase exhibit granule or acicular shape after lower temperature galvanizing and columnar shape after higher temperature galvanizing.The growth of δ phase is suppressed,and is always palisade shape.The granular mixed area between ζ phase and δ phase is found as the zinc bath temperature and immersion time are higher.The structure of the galvanized coatings is δ phase,ζ phase and η phase from inside to outside after lower temperature galvanizing and the structure is δ phase,granular mixed area,ζ phase and η phase from inside to outside after higher temperature galvanizing.
