为确定高铬铸铁构件在高温下安全使用范围,采用增重法研究了Cr26高铬铸铁在900 ~ 1200℃下的氧化动力学,利用XRD、SEM和EDS对该种合金经900 ~ 1200℃×100 h恒温氧化后的氧化膜的微观形貌、相组成及其抗氧化机理进行了分析研究.结果表明:Cr26高铬铸铁在1000 ~ 1200℃下的氧化动力学表明,随温度升高,时间延长,氧化速度加剧且氧化膜层状剥落,不抗氧化;900℃下,表面形成了完整的保护膜,且无剥落,氧化速度明显降低,抗氧化性能好.
In order to determine the safe using temperature of high chromium cast iron components at high temperature,the oxidation kinetics of Cr26 high chromium cast iron at 900-1200 ℃ were studied by mass gain method.The microstructure,phases and the oxidation resistance mechanism of the Cr26 high chromium cast iron after heating at 900-1200 ℃ for 100 h were analyzed by means of XRD,SEM and EDS analysis.The results show that the oxidation rate of the Cr26 high chromium cast iron increases and the oxide film layer peels off with the increasing of temperature from 1000 ℃ to 1200 ℃ and the oxidation time,so the cast iron exhibits no oxidation resistance.Under the condition of 900 ℃,a complete protective film is formed on the surface,without peeling off,and the oxidation rate is reduced obviously,and the oxidation resistance of the cast iron is good.
