对两种具有不同显微组织的TC18合金试样分别进行了室温和高温(400℃)拉伸试验,通过金相观察及断口分析,研究了组织与性能之间的关系.结果表明:显微组织对合金拉伸性能影响显著,具有等轴组织的棒材的伸长率和断面收缩率等塑性指标比具有网篮组织的锻件好,如在室温拉伸时棒材比锻件分别高4.3%和l7.3%;但棒材的抗拉强度和屈服强度等强度指标比锻件差,如在室温拉伸时棒材比锻件分别低99 MPa和97 MPa,高温拉伸时则分别低38 MPa和17 MPa.
The tensile properties of TC18 alloy specimens with two kinds of different microstructure were investigated at room temperature and high temperature (400 ℃),respectively,and the relationship between microstructure and tensile properties was studied by means of metallographic observation and fracture analysis.The results show that the microstructure has a significant effect on the tensile properties of the alloy,and the elongation and reduction of area of the alloy bars with equiaxed microstructure are higher by 4.3% and 17.3% respectively than that of the forgings with basketweave microstructure when the tensile test is carried out at room temperature.The tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy bars with equiaxed microstructure are lower by 99 MPa and 97 MPa respectively than that of the forgings with basketweave microstructure when the tensile test is carried out at room temperature,and lower by 38 MPa and 17 MPa respectively when the tensile test is carried out at high temperature.
