通过在自制的烧结焊剂S J601中添加Li2CO3,用304不锈钢埋弧对接,研究并分析了Li2CO3对SJ601的吸潮性和脱渣性的影响及机理.结果表明:在S J601中添加适量的Li2CO3能减少烧结焊剂的表面气孔,有利于提高SJ601的抗潮能力,当Li2CO3质量分数超过4%时,将不利于提高S J601的抗潮能力,添加Li2CO3有利于提高SJ601的脱渣性,当Li2CO3质量分数超过8%时,熔渣表面会形成波浪状结构,明显提高了SJ601的脱渣性.
Li2CO3 was added to self-made sintered flux SJ601,which was used to weld 304 stainless steel,and the effect of Li2CO3 on moisture absorption and slag detachability of the sintered flux SJ601 was investigated,and the mechanism was analyzed.The results show that the holes on the surface of the SJ612 decrease with moderate addition of Li2CO3,and the anti-moisture ability of the SJ612 is improved,and when the content of Li2CO3 is more than 4 mass%,the anti-moisture property of the SJ612 is not improved any more,and the slag detachability of the SJ612 becomes better,and when the content of Li2CO3 is more than 8 mass%,the wave structure appears apparently on the surface of the slag,and the slag detachability is improved significantly.
