利用真空扩散焊接方法,研究了不同保温时间对不锈钢和钛合金焊接接头组织与性能的影响.结果表明,不锈钢与钛合金在900℃下直接进行扩散焊接,难以得到较好的性能.随保温时间延长接头强度逐渐降低,在保温120 min时得到最高屈服强度为43.01MPa.焊缝界面处主要形成α-Ti、β-Ti、FeTi、Fe2 Ti、Cr2Ti、Fe2 Ti4O、X等金属间化合物相,由钛合金侧到不锈钢侧依次为针状魏氏体区域、β-Ti区、脆性化合物区.随着保温时间延长,脆性相含量逐渐增多.断裂发生在脆性化合物区,断口呈现河流花样,为脆性断裂.

Vacuum diffusion welding technique was adopted to weld 316L and TC4,and the effects of holding time on microstructure and property of the weld joints were investigated.The results show that it is difficult to get satisfied performance when two alloyes are directly diffusion welded at 900 ℃.The strength of weld joint decreases with the increasing of holding time,and reaches the maximum strength of 43.01 MPa when the holding time is 120 min.A variety of intermetallic compounds including α-Ti,β-Ti,FeTi,Fe2Ti,Cr2Ti,Fe2Ti4O and x are observed at the interface of the weld joints.Needle-shaped widmanstatten structure region,β-Ti region and brittle compounds region are presented in turn from TC4 side to 316L side.The amount of brittle phase increases with the increasing of holding time,and the fracture occurs with a river pattern in the brittle compounds region,indicating a brittle fracture.
