采用放电等离子烧结法(SPS法)制备了不同TiB2体积分数的TiBJCu复合材料,测试其密度、硬度和导电率,观察其微观组织;利用JF04C型电接触材料性能测试系统探究TiB2含量和电流对复合材料耐电弧烧蚀性能的影响.结果表明:加入TiB2增强相后,复合材料中Cu晶粒得到细化;当TiB2体积分数增至5%时,相比纯Cu,TiB2/Cu复合材料硬度增加了28%、导电率降低了16%;在电接触试验中,随着TiB2体积分数增加,触头材料总质量损耗减少;当电流为10 A时,5% TiB2/Cu触头材料无明显材料转移,当电流大于15 A时,材料明显从阳极向阴极转移,且随电流增大转移量随之增加.
TiB2/Cu composites with different volume fraction of TiB2 were prepared by the spark plasma sintering (SPS) method.The density,hardness and electrical conductivity of the composites were tested by means of Archimedes drainage,Brinell hardness test and digital conductivity meter,and microstructure was observed by optical microscope.The effect of TiB2 contents and currents on arc ablation resistance of the TiB2/Cu composites was studied by JF04C electrical contact material testing system.The results show that the addition of TiB2 can refine copper grains.The volume fraction of TiB2 increases from 0 to 5%,the hardness of the composites increases by 28%,and the electrical conductivity decreases by 16%.In electrical contact test,the total mass loss of the contact material decreases with the increasing of the volume fraction of TiB2.The 5% TiB2/Cu contact material has no obvious material transfer when the current is 10 A.The material obviously transfers from anode to cathode when the current is above 15 A,and the material transfer increases with the increment of the current.
