研究了过(深)冷处理对30Cr1 Mo1V非平衡组织重新加热过程中奥氏体形核及长大行为的影响.结果表明:在非平衡组织重新加热奥氏体化过程中,由于过(深)冷处理增加了超细微碳化物的析出,促进了α→γ相转变,从而导致奥氏体晶核在较低温度形成,并在两相区Ac1~A.之间完全奥氏体化.重新在1000℃以下加热奥氏体化时,过(深)冷处理在细化奥氏体晶粒的同时还使其混晶度降低;在1000℃以上加热奥氏体化时,随重新加热温度的升高,奥氏体晶粒粗化的同时其混晶度也随之增大.
Effect of cryogenic treatment on behavior of nucleation and growth of austenite grain of 30Cr1 Mo1 V steel with non-equilibrium microstructure in reheating process was studied.The results show that cryogenic treatment can accelerate the transformation of α phase to γ phase in the process of the non-equilibrium microstructure reheated to austenite due to precipitation of ultra fine carbides,which leads to prior nucleation and complete austenization in the two-phase temperature region of Ac1 to Ac3.When the reheating temperature is below 1000 ℃,the austenite grain is refined with cryogenic treatment.Moreover,the degree of mixed grain decreases by applying cryogenic treatment.Nevertheless,the size of austenite grain and the degree of mixed grain increase with the increasing temperature when samples are reheated to temperature above 1000 ℃.
