论述了在"打造平台经济,加快两化融合,建设服务型钢铁企业"的理念下,如何通过智能制造助力钢铁企业转型升级.首先从宏观视角阐述中国经济进入减速转型发展的新阶段;随后论述钢铁产业在目前发展阶段的十大趋势,以及在减量发展背景下如何进行九化协同,重塑价值链;重点论述了如何通过智能制造助力钢铁工业成功转型升级,分析了钢铁智能制造目前存在的问题、发展思路及主攻方向,提出钢铁企业在智能化发展的不同阶段推进转型升级的具体实施路径.

The transformation and upgrading of steel industry supported by development of intelligent manufacturing was illustrated against the philosophy of establishing the service-oriented steel enterprises by the promotion of platform economy and the acceleration of the integration of industrialization and informatization.First,the new stage of Chinese economy characterized by the low speed and transformation was described in macroscopic view.Then,the ten trends of the steel industry in the current development stage were discussed,and under an era of reduction,the coordinated development of nine aspects was promoted and the value chain was rebuilt.Particularly,how to succeed in the transformation and upgrading of the steel industry by the intelligent manufacturing was mainly discussed.And the existing problems,the development ideas and the main direction of the steel intelligent manufacturing were analyzed.Finally,the execution measures adopted in the different stages of the intelligent development in the steel industry were proposed.
