京唐公司热轧厂在IF钢生产过程中出现了热轧工序导致的翘皮缺陷.经过系统分析,认为是板坯加热温度不均匀,以及轧制过程中板坯尾部温降快、轧机冷却水密封效果不佳等问题综合导致的.主要介绍首钢京唐热轧厂在消除IF钢翘皮缺陷攻关工作中采取的加热工艺措施.通过调整烧嘴开度优化炉内温度场,并按照轧制过程中的温差需求控制板坯头尾和宽度方向温差.经过黑匣试验验证,板坯加热质量达到预期目标,最终消除了热轧工序导致的翘皮缺陷.
In the rolling process of IF steel in Shougang Jingtang Company,there were up-warp defects caused by the hot rolling process.After a systematic analysis,it was believed that the slab heating temperature was uneven,the slab tail temperature decreased quickly in the rolling process and the rolling mill cooling water sealing effect was poor,which resulted in the defects.The heating technology applied in the Shougang Jingtang hot rolling plant to eliminate the up-warp defect in IF steel was introduced.By adjusting the burner opening to optimize the furnace temperature field,the temperature difference between the slab head and tail and the slab temperature difference in the width direction were controlled in accordance with the requirements of the temperature difference in the rolling process.The result of black box experiment proved that the quality of slab heating reached the target.Eventually,the up-warp defect caused by the hot rolling process was eliminated.
