热轧带钢卷取温度是影响带钢力学性能和板形质量的重要因素,其控制精度对产品质量以及新产品开发都有重要影响.以马钢2250HSM层流冷却控制系统为研究对象,针对原控制系统卷取温度整体命中率较差,头部穿带和尾部抛钢时升降速导致温度控制异常等问题,通过应用新的控制模型、优化模型参数和改进控制功能等方法对现有的控制系统进行了升级改造.实践结果证明,改造优化后的冷却温度控制系统控制精度大幅提高,取得了较好的控制效果.
The coiling temperature of hot rolling strip is an important factor affecting the mechanical property and shape quality, and the accuracy of the coiling temperature control has an effect on the new steel grade development and the quality of strip.With the 2250 HSM laminar cooling control system in Masteel as the studied object, the control system was improved by applying a new control model, optimizing the model parameters and improving the control function, aiming at the problems of the old laminar cooling system such as low hit rate of the coiling temperature and the abnormal temperature control caused by the ascending and descending speed during the strip threading and tail throwing.The practice results showed the control accuracy of the cooling control system were significantly improved after the optimization, and a good control result was obtained.
