分析了50钢铸坯异常组织以及在不同温度下的力学性能.分析结果表明,快速和不均匀的冷却将产生尖锐、突出的铁素体组织,弱化晶界,并产生较强的组织应力和热应力;在700、300℃附近分别存在高温脆性区和低温脆性区,在此区间移动铸坯会助长裂纹的产生.采用合适的堆冷工艺,提高热送热装率,可以有效减少铸坯断裂风险.
The abnormal microstructure and mechanical property at different temperature of 50 steel slab have been analysed.The result showed that rapid and inhomogenous cooling will cause sharp-edged and protuberant ferrite structure,which can weaken the grain boundaries and induce stronger structural stress and thermal stress.The brittle zones at high temperature and low temperature are existed at 700 and 300 ℃,respectively,in which the fracture can be seen probably with moving the slabs.By applying suitable stack cooling and improving the proportion of hot delivery and hot charging of continuous casting slab,the risks of fracture can be reduced effectively.
