冷轧平整机对成品带钢板形具有直接且重要的影响.针对宝钢某平整机组出口带钢板形普遍存在的边浪缺陷,通过有限元仿真对不同支撑辊辊形进行对比分析,确定在凸度倒角辊形基础上对双机架支撑辊凸度进行试验优化,以增强平整机板形调控能力.经上机试验验证,双机架支撑辊凸度优化后边浪浪高指标改善22.14%,边浪急峻度指标改善41.67%,取得了明显的应用效果及经济效益.
Cold rolling skin pass mill has a significant influence on the shape of strip production.Focusing on the edge wave defect of the strip from cold rolling skin pass mill, contrastive analysis between different back-up roll profiles is completed by FEM simulation, based on which the two stand back-up roll profile convexity is optimized through experiments to improve the shape control ability of skin pass mill.Verified by productive experiment, after optimizing the two stand back-up roll profile convexity, the edge wave height is improved by 22.14%, meanwhile the steep degree of edge wave is improved by 41.67%.Therefore, obvious application result and economic benefits are obtained.
