利用 FactSage软件绘制了渣系CaO-SiO2-FeO-MgO(10%)-MnO(7%)的等硫分配比图,分析了 FeO/SiO2比、FeO质量分数和碱度对硫分配比的影响。分析结果表明:当 CaO 质量分数一定时,渣钢间的硫分配比随着FeO/SiO2比的增加而逐渐增加。在转炉炼钢碱度范围内,当 FeO质量分数一定时,Ls 随碱度的增加而增加;当碱度一定时,在低碱度范围内,硫分配比随着 FeO质量分数的增加而增加,在高碱度范围内,硫分配比随着 FeO质量分数的增加而减少。

Iso-distribution ratio diagram of sulfur forthe CaO-SiO2-FeO-MgO(10%)-MnO(7%)slag series are drawn by Factsage software,and the effects of FeO/SiO2 ratio,FeO content and basicity on sulfur distribution ratio are studied.The analysis results show when the CaO content is certain,the sulfur distribution ratio between slag and steel increases gradually with the increase of FeO/SiO2 ratio.Within the range of the converter steelmaking basicity, when alkalinity is certain,LS decreases with the increase of FeO content.And when the FeO content is constant, with the increase of basicity,LS increases in the range of low basicity and decreases in the range of high basicity.
