针对430铁素体不锈钢2B 板表面发生的线鳞缺陷,采用扫描电镜对缺陷处形貌和成分进行了分析。结果表明,430线鳞缺陷是由 CaO-SiO2-Al2 O3-MgO 夹杂物引起的。在430不锈钢的工业生产中,通过钙处理工艺,有效降低了夹杂物中 Al2 O3质量分数,并大幅减少了冷轧产品表面线鳞缺陷的发生。改进后,中间包中全氧质量分数为32×10-6。跟传统的冶炼工艺相比,中间包中全氧质量分数降低了7×10-6,夹杂物数量减少了35%,线鳞缺陷发生率降低了1.02%。

The microscopic morphology and the compositions of sliver defects on the surface of 430 stainless steel 2B plate were investigated by using scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results showed that sliver defects on the 2B plate surface were caused by the CaO-SiO2-Al2 O3-MgO inclusions in steel.The aluminum content of inclusions in steel as well as the occurrence of sliver defects on cold-rolling plates was reduced effectively by calcium treatment in the industry production of 430 stainless steel.After the improvement,the total oxygen content in the tundish was 32×10 -6 ,7×10 -6 less than the conventional smelting process .Furthermore the inclusion number and the occur-rence of sliver defects was decreased by 35%and 1.02%,respectively.
